Eligibility for Our Services

We support challenged families, children, and youth with/ or without disabilities, mental health, addictions, homelessness, behavioral, and much more through individualized programs. Every child or youth is unique, and we encourage individuality and continued growth by understanding their needs and monitoring outcomes for success. Our knowledgeable and experienced staff conducts a Needs Assessment in collaboration with parents and/or guardians to understand each child and youth’s unique needs to ensure we adapt our services to meet their unique and specific needs.

A Typical Day & Community Inclusion

We engage clients in various community access activities and nurture partnerships with community organizations to advocate for their needs and goals. Engaging children and youth to access to education, recreational activities, sporting events, festivals, libraries, and personal interests, as well as experiencing new adventures. Through developing relationships we are able to develop personalized support programs and managing various household and personal care tasks, including cooking, cleaning, shopping, administering medication and assisting with mobility, hygiene and feeding.
